Usage

This machine mainly for producing PP/PS/PE double-layer plastic sheet, which is used for making disposable water drinking cups, ice-cream cups, yoghurt cups, lids, dishes, plates and etc.

Major construction features

The main parts, such as screw, barrel, screen exchanger, T-die made of superior alloy steel (38CrMoAlA) with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.

The special designed screw adopts big L/D (length/diameter) Ratio, equal plasticization and high plasticizing capability.

Non-stop fast screen changer with double-sieve is controlled by hydraulic unit, operation is convenient and improve the production efficiency.

Work stable, low noise, reliable performance and high quality.
